Music Against The Machine!

We’ve got SIX shows for you, which means six opportunities to support both local artists and the fight against data centers. We’ll have vendors, community orgs, and local food.

Tickets are at the door, by a suggested donation of $10 – $20, with no one turned away for lack of funds. Half of the money raised will go to the performers, and half will go to NDDCC to support our efforts to protect the desert from extractive data center development.

Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday’s venues are 21+.

We appreciate your support and can’t wait to see you there!

FAQ:

The shows at Splinter Collective and The Historic Y (Thursday, Friday, and Sunday) are all ages. The other shows are 21+.

We have a wide range of musicians and genres performing.

Thursday’s show will be an eclectic mix: Gutter Town’s cow punk, Big City Sleep’s clout rock, and Hank Abbey’s jammy country.

Friday’s collaboration with Desert Drone will feature musicians from Tucson’s experimental scene.

Saturday’s show at Slow Body is another mix: Mad Ugly’s fuzzy garage rock, Benson Highway Band’s alt-country, and Miss Olivia and the Interlopers’ blending of blues, soul, and rock ‘n’ roll.

Sunday’s show will have a chiller vibe, combining solo acts like Laura Jean and Alec Andre with indie rock from The Outdoors, and the Mambo Cat Trio’s genre-mixing groove.

Monday will be funk from top to bottom at Motown Monday.

Tuesday will close us out with alt-rock from Porcelain Scorpions, punk from Girl Slime, YYY from The Websites, and protest classics from the Backup Brass Band.

Each show will last approximately 3 hours.
